You can book a service by emailing us. We’ll respond promptly to schedule a walk through and book in your service.

We offer cleaning services to the coastal areas of Caloundra area, from Pelican Waters to Kawana and everywhere in between. Contact us to confirm if we cover your location.

Do I need to provide the cleaning equipment and products?

ONLY your vacuum cleaner to prevent cross-contamination of allergens and pathogens between homes. We supply all other cleaning products and equipment. However, if you prefer us to use your products, we are more than happy to do so.

How often should I book your service?

The frequency depends on your lifestyle and needs. For high-traffic homes, weekly or bi-weekly cleanings are recommended. For seasonal properties or homes with less frequent use, monthly or quarterly cleanings may suffice.

Are you Insured?

Yes, I carry Public Liability Insurance of $5 million

What types of cleaning supplies and chemicals do you use?

Our cleaning methods and products aim to be friendly for humans, pets and the planet.

Do you clean windows?

No, we recommend you employ a professional window cleaner due to special coatings and specialised cleaning methods.

Is it okay if my pet is at home?

Yes, of course! But please make sure your pet is secure while we are visiting your property to ensure both your pet and our cleaners are safe. (We would hate your pet to do a Houdini while we are busy cleaning.)

How do we pay?

Payment is due at time of service. You can pay by bank transfer or by cash. We will send your invoice/receipt to your email once your cleaning is completed, or leave the invoice (along with your completed checklist) on the kitchen bench.

If you or your children become sick with a contagious illness, please reschedule your cleaning. Likewise, if we are ill, we will reschedule your cleaning to protect you and your family.
